HiFyve is hiring an Injection Mold Technician in the Manufacturing industry in Columbus, OH!

Pay: $32–$36/hr

About the Role

This role supports injection molding operations through mold setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure quality, efficiency, and uptime.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain, clean, troubleshoot, and repair injection molds

Perform mold adjustments, modifications, and complex repairs

Diagnose molding issues and support production efficiency

Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

Document maintenance, repairs, and quality findings

Support new mold trials and continuous improvement efforts

Collaborate with production and engineering teams

Follow all safety procedures and best practices

Qualifications

Experience as a Mold Technician (injection molding preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Experience with machining tools, welding, and mold repair

Ability to read technical documentation and schematics

Familiarity with CMMS and basic computer skills

Strong attention to detail and quality focus
