Direct Counsel is partnering with an AmLaw 10 law firm to identify a talented Litigation Associate (1–6 years of experience) to join its highly regarded litigation practice in Houston.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking to work on complex, high-stakes litigation matters within one of the most elite litigation platforms in the country. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

Conduct legal research and case analysis

Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

Support litigation strategy on complex commercial disputes

Collaborate with partners and clients on high-profile litigation mattersQualifications

1–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or comparable legal environment

Excellent legal research and writing skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities

Outstanding academic credentials

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative litigation environment
