Direct Counsel is partnering with a prestigious AmLaw 10 law firm to identify a Litigation Associate to join its Philadelphia office. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys seeking to work on high-stakes litigation matters, including mass torts, complex commercial disputes, and product liability cases.

Associates in this role will collaborate with a nationally recognized litigation team and gain exposure to sophisticated, high-profile cases across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities

Assist with all phases of complex litigation, including case development and strategy

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

Conduct legal research and factual investigations

Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

Work closely with senior attorneys on mass tort, product liability, and complex commercial litigation matters

Manage deadlines and contribute to overall litigation strategyQualifications

1–6 years of litigation experience, including mass torts, complex commercial litigation, and/or product liability matters

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced litigation environment

Outstanding academic credentials
