Grounds & Facility Services Technician
We are seeking reliable, hardworking Grounds & Facility Services Technicians to support daily outdoor maintenance services across multiple healthcare campus locations. This role is essential in ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming exterior environments for patients, visitors, and staff. Candidates should enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to a team focused on exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Change and dispose of trash receptacles at entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and building perimeters.
Remove litter, cigarette butts, debris, and organic material from sidewalks, mulch beds, shrubs, lawn areas, curbs, storm drains, parking decks, and fence lines.
Perform leaf and branch cleanup around entrances, doorways, mulch beds, storm drains, and other collection areas.
Remove weeds from sidewalk cracks, mulch beds, along buildings, curbs, signs, asphalt edges, and other landscape areas.
Weed whip tall or missed grass to maintain clean, uniform grounds.
Clean parking deck entrances/exits, stairwells, elevator towers, stairwell entryways, elevator cabs, and exterior lobby areas (location specific).
Perform general debris removal from multi-level structures.
Maintain a tidy and safe work environment while following all safety guidelines.
Interact politely and professionally with the public and facility staff.
Report any hazards, damages, or irregularities to leadership promptly.

Requirements
Open availability Monday-Saturday, working a minimum of 40 hours a week
Driver's license is required
Strong communication skills and ability to interact respectfully with the public
Strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to work independently or as part of a team across multiple site locations
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistent schedules
Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.
