Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager
Good knowledge and experience with SBC technologies (Oracle)
Strong understanding of call recording systems
Strong E911 experience
Good knowledge and familiarity
with Cisco UCS
Good experience with general networking technologies
Strong understanding with Microsoft Teams Calling 3+ years of experience managing large call manager telephony environments
Salary Range $ 90,000-$ 115,000 years
