Description Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager Duration: Contract-to-Hire through 2/6/2027 Location: Fully Onsite Columbus, OH Required Pay Scale: Up to $90-93 HR (W2) Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates Job Summary: We are seeking a senior-level Cybersecurity Program Manager to support Finacial Services Cybersecurity organization in delivering large-scale security initiatives across Identity & Access Management (IAM), data protection, endpoint security, cloud security, and automation.

This is a true program leadership role.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple programs simultaneously, oversee large enterprise initiatives (50,000+ hours), and drive execution across multiple project teams while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and enterprise governance standards.

This role requires strong executive presence, technical program oversight, financial accountability, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly visible fintech environment.

Project Details: * Organization: FTS - Cybersecurity * Hiring Managers: Pamela Gott & Tay Tufts * 3 openings * Managing 3-4 programs simultaneously (multiple projects underneath) * Large enterprise programs totaling 50,000+ hours * 7-phase lifecycle * Cross-functional teams of 20-50 members per initiative * Fully onsite Primary focus areas: * Identity & Access Management (majority of portfolio - 65%) * Data protection and endpoint security * Cloud and network security initiatives * Automation programs * M&A and large enterprise integrations (preferred) Responsibilities include: * Overseeing full program lifecycle across multiple projects * Managing schedules, scope, budget, and risk across all workstreams * Tracking metrics and building dashboards (Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira) * Executive-level reporting and stakeholder management * Driving projects already in-flight in a fast-paced environment * Ensuring governance standards and lifecycle controls are followed * True Program Manager experience (not just project management) * 8-10+ years project management experience * 5+ years program management experience * Cybersecurity and technology program experience * Experience managing multiple concurrent programs (enterprise scale) * Jira (required) * Microsoft Project (required) * PMP, CPM, APM, or equivalent certification * Experience managing large initiatives (5,000+ hour projects; 50,000+ hour programs) * Strong financial management and executive reporting experience * Self-starter who can operate independently in a high-volume environment * Ability to work fully onsite Desired Skills: * Financial services / banking industry experience * IAM program experience * Data protection or endpoint security initiatives * Cloud security or infrastructure security programs * Agile experience * Clarity PPM experience * Experience building executive dashboards (Power BI, Azure DevOps) * M&A integration program experience About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
