Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage sales operations, and lead a high-performing team within a manufacturing-focused environment. This role is responsible for developing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans

Set sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics

Manage and coach sales team members

Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies

Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead generation

Track performance and prepare sales reports

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

Knowledge of plastics or injection molding industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to travel frequently (60%+)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

U.S. work authorization required
