Scientist

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Lab Scientist (m/f/d) with a background as Technical Assistant (BTA/CTA/MTA), Bachelor, or master’s in biology, biotechnology, or related life sciences.

Responsibilities

Perform cell based assays (e.g., proliferation, viability, reporter assays, immunoassays, nanoBRET, etc.)

Culture and maintain primary cells and cell lines,

Establish, optimize, and validate new assay formats

Document all work according to industry standards and internal SOPs

Analyze and interpret experimental data (e.g., using Excel, GraphPad Prism)

Collaborate closely with Senior Scientists and other laboratory teams

Contribute to study reports and scientific presentation

Qualifications

Completed training as TA (BTA/CTA/MTA) or a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field

Hands on experience with cell culture (adherent and/or suspension)

Practical experience with cellular assays and basic molecular biology techniques

Accurate, structured, and reliable working style

Strong team spirit and motivation to work in a dynamic environment

Good command of English and German, both written and spoken

Experience with 3D cell culture, Organoids is a plus
