Job Details

We are seeking a Punch Press Operator with the ability to perform set-ups on single-station tooling and operate punch press equipment safely and efficiently.

Hours: 1st shift

Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:

Set up and operate punch press machines using single-station tooling to produce parts to specification.

Install, adjust, and align dies, punches, and related tooling for production runs.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine material requirements, dimensions, and tolerances.

Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, height gauges, protractors, micrometers, and other inspection equipment to verify part accuracy.

Perform first-article inspections and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality.

Monitor machine operation to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Hands-on experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or electronic inspection equipment.
