Location: Northern Kentucky
Schedule: Full-time. 12 hr. shifts, typically 6am-6pm, or 6pm-6am, or similar.

As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in the assembly process—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output. You’ll work hands-on with components, follow clear instructions, and help keep production running smoothly and safely. If you enjoy structured, process-driven work and take pride in precision, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities
Follow detailed verbal and written instructions in English
Perform basic, standardized mechanical assembly tasks
Label components, assemblies, and subassemblies
Assemble components manually using visual aids
Inspect parts to ensure proper assembly and quality
Use scanners, hand tools, and power tools
Accurately report assembly activity
Work under the supervision of a Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager
Follow all safety rules and company security procedures
Assist with additional duties as assigned
It is a plus if you have any type of FORKLIFT experience. ️ Essential Skills
Skilled in using power tools and hand tools
Ability to install and assemble components
Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using SAP (preferred)
Material handling experience Physical Requirements

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.73/hr.
