Hartigan Foley is a licensed California general contractor specializing in commercial and high-end residential construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, and close-out
· Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
· Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
· Navigate permitting and regulatory requirements
· Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor buy-out
· Prepare scopes of work and review contracts and subcontracts
· Analyze plans/specs for constructability and sequencing
· Maintain project documentation (RFIs, logs, reports, submittals, change orders)
· Monitor jobsite progress, safety compliance, and superintendent performance
· Lead project meetings and provide regular updates with clients and team members
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction (ground-up, high-end residential and commercial
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
· Proficiency in construction software (Procore preferred), Smartsheet’s
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits
· Salary up to $130,000 (DOE)
