Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team!

Location: Manchester, CT

Pay: $20-21.60/hr

Shift:

1st shift, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 4 pm to 12:30 am

Duties:

Operate and monitor industrial furnaces according to safety and production guidelines

Load and unload materials into the furnace

Maintain accurate temperature and timing logs

Perform routine maintenance and inspections

Work closely with the production team to meet quality standards

Requirements/Qualifications:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or heat-treatment setting preferred

Ability to work independently and stay alert on overnight shifts

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
