Experienced in conducting functional behavioral assessments, training staff and caregivers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes. Passionate about promoting meaningful behavior change and enhancing quality of life through data- driven practices. Fully certified and licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma, with deep understanding of state regulations and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
