seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to support daily production operations. This role involves operating, maintaining, and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing of electrical components and assemblies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelinesSet up machines for production runs, including loading materials and adjusting settingsMonitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and product qualityPerform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinesIdentify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions promptlyMeasure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety policies and proceduresAccurately complete production and quality documentation

Qualifications:

Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferredMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issuesAbility to read and follow work instructions and technical documentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic math and computer skillsWorking Conditions
