Restaurant District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience
Current multi-unit experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) required
Strong track record of developing general managers and leadership teams
Results-driven operator with strong accountability and communication skills
Restaurant District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop general managers to deliver consistent operational excellence
Oversee 4–6 locations while maintaining brand standards, quality, and service
Support and execute new store openings
Drive sales growth, profitability, and KPI performance
Identify operational gaps and implement solutions proactively
