Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with computer hardware installation and basic desktop/service desk troubleshooting.

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment (assigned 8-hour shifts with potential swing or off-hours coverage during ramp-up).

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and independently execute weekly and monthly operational assignments.

Willingness to work in active data center environments involving walking, standing, and variable temperatures.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience supporting or working on a senior data center team.

Facility-side data center experience preferred; networking knowledge is a plus but not the primary focus.

Familiarity with 5S methodology, operational audits, or inventory organization.

Experience supporting multiple buildings or large-scale deployments (D2D environments).
