Manufacturing Associate

Location: Buffalo, NY

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (First Shift Only)

Overtime: Optional and frequently availableAbout the Role

We’re seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to support daily operations in a clean, well organized production facility in Buffalo. This is an active, hands on position well suited for individuals who enjoy physical work, a steady routine, and a strong team environment.What You’ll Be Doing

Remove finished cardboard boxes from the back end of production machines

Fold, stack, and organize boxes to meet production requirements

Transport finished materials throughout the warehouse

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating proceduresWhat We’re Looking For

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

1 year of warehouse experience

1 year of machine operator or machine helper experience

Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic

Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements

Standing for the duration of the shift

Frequent bending, lifting, and stacking

Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environmentWork Environment

Clean, well organized, and climate controlled facility

Consistent first shift schedule—no nights or weekends

Team focused atmosphere with supportive supervision

Straightforward, repetitive tasks that are easy to learn

Strong emphasis on safety and organization

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
