Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Gramercy, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent, particularly within engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate recruiting and proficiency with recruitment tools like Paylocity and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for engineering and other roles.
• Utilize Paylocity and other applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and streamline recruitment workflows.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions.
• Conduct high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements on various platforms, including LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress using HRIS systems.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Paylocity and HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume recruitment workloads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to optimize hiring processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
