Job Description Annealer Operator 2nd shift Job Title Annealing Operator – 2nd ShiftOverview Morvillo Precision Products, a trusted leader in precision manufacturing within the jewelry and precious metals industry, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Annealing Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Providence, RI.

This role plays a critical part in the heat-treatment process, ensuring metal products meet precise specifications for hardness, strength, and flexibility.

At Morvillo Precision Products, all employees are expected to embody our core values: Do the right thing, Respect one another, Be positive, and Please our customer in all aspects of the job.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor annealing furnaces to heat-treat metal products according to production specificationsManage and maintain operation of up to four furnaces simultaneously, ensuring consistent output and qualityLoad and unload materials safely and efficiently into furnacesSet and adjust furnace temperature, timing, and cycle controls based on documented procedures and alloy requirementsFollow established processes for the production and treatment of various metal alloysInspect finished materials to verify conformance to required physical and mechanical propertiesPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of furnace equipment to ensure optimal performanceMaintain accurate production records and documentation as requiredEnsure strict adherence to safety regulations and proactively support a culture of safety, including reporting incidents and near missesMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environmentDemonstrate Alloy Holdings' core values in all interactions and responsibilitiesPerform additional duties as assigned to support production needsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferredPrior experience operating annealing furnaces or similar heat-treatment equipment strongly preferredUnderstanding of metal properties, heat-treating processes, and alloy handling is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to monitor and adjust equipment settingsAbility to read and follow detailed work instructions and production documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality assuranceAbility to manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsCommitment to workplace safety and compliance standardsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamBenefits Morvillo Precision Products offers a comprehensive benefits package to support employees' health, financial well-being, and professional growth, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-sponsored life and disability insurance401(k) retirement plan with company match and 100% vesting at 90 daysPaid time off (vacation, sick time, personal, and holidays)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Training and career development opportunitiesShift differential for 2nd shift employees (where applicable)Application Process Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a current resume outlining their relevant experience and qualifications.
