Job description*:

#Key Responsibilities:

Design equivalent workflows in Power Automate Desktop.

Migrate and test BOTs to ensure functional parity and performance.

Optimize automation flows for reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate migrated processes.

Maintain documentation for migrated BOTs and support knowledge transfer.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after migration.

Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

#Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Power apps development, including Power Automate Desktop.

Strong understanding of process automation lifecycle and best practices.

Experience with connectors, UI automation, exception handling, and logging.

Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Office 365, SharePoint, etc.).

Ability to interpret and refactor complex Blue Prism logic into Power Automate flows.

Knowledge of version control and deployment strategies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
