Senior Manager, Fulfillment

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Manager, Fulfillment to lead high-volume distribution operations at our Obetz, OH facility. This role is responsible for overseeing all fulfillment activities including picking, packing, shipping, labor planning, and workflow optimization while ensuring alignment with service level expectations, financial goals, and customer experience standards.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations including picking, packing, shipping, and outbound execution

Oversee Fulfillment Managers, Supervisors, and frontline teams in a high-volume environment

Drive operational performance across productivity, quality, accuracy, safety, and cost metrics

Develop staffing and labor strategies to support seasonal volume fluctuations

Partner cross-functionally with Assembly, Receiving, Inventory Control, Transportation, Systems, and HR

Optimize WMS execution and workflow efficiency to improve throughput

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational scalability efforts

Manage fulfillment budgets and monitor financial performance

Ensure peak readiness through strategic planning and workforce scaling

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational discipline

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations

5+ years of leadership experience managing managers or multi-level teams

Experience leading large-scale seasonal workforce expansions

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational technology

Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement and operational change

Experience managing KPIs, labor planning, and operational budgets

Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
