ComResource is seeking an experienced security and IT professional to support and enhance enterprise security operations. This role sits at the intersection of Information Security, IT Operations, and Automation, offering the opportunity to work across complex environments while driving security improvements, operational efficiency, and modernization initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support enterprise-wide security initiatives
Enhance Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities and user lifecycle processes
Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events and incidents (SIEM/EDR)
Support vulnerability management programs and remediation efforts
Implement system hardening, baseline controls, and security best practices
Contribute to Zero Trust, network segmentation, and overall security architecture
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Work with modern tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across IT, security, and business units
What We’re Looking For
Experience in IT operations, security operations, or information security engineering
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with:
Identity platforms (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Okta)
Endpoint management and security tools
Vulnerability management (Tenable, Qualys, etc.)
SIEM/EDR platforms
Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Interest in continuous learning and evolving technologies
Nice to Have
Zero Trust architecture experience
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, ISO)
Experience with AI/automation tools and workflows
