Program Manager

A leading organization specializing in technology transformation and operational excellence is seeking a skilled Program Manager to support their dynamic team. This on-site temporary role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead large-scale projects and initiatives.

Program Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple cross-functional programs and projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define project vision, objectives, scope, and deadlines.

Mentor and lead senior project managers to mitigate risks and communicate project status effectively at the executive level.

Manage the development and implementation of product lifecycle enhancements aligned with business strategies.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and communicate updates to leadership regularly.

Program Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with a focus on product delivery in high-growth settings.

Proven ability to conduct in-depth business analysis and develop actionable plans from strategic objectives.

Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
