The Role

This role blends program management rigor

with executive level storytelling. The individual will translate complex

enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and operating models into clear,

compelling narratives and decks that drive alignment, decision making, and

momentum across senior leadership and partner teams.

We are looking for a candidate that is highly

energetic, organized, flexible, able to work in a fast pace environment, and

ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities. The ideal candidate

needs to be a self-starter, comfortable managing high demand and ambiguity, and

must have a strong eye for details (i.e. Amex branding, fonts, formatting,

etc.)

As

part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to provide examples of

presentations they have created.

Responsibilities:Executive

Storytelling & Content CreationDevelop high quality

executive presentations (decks, narratives, read aheads) that translate

complex technical architecture and strategy into clear, persuasive stories

tailored to senior audiences.Shape messaging with a

strong point of view, narrative flow, and outcome orientation, ensuring content

is crisp, concise, and decision readyApply a strong eye for

branding, visual consistency, and formatting, ensuring all materials meet

enterprise and leadership standardsArchitecture

Translation & Narrative DevelopmentPartner closely with

architecture, technology, and product leaders to turn technical concepts into

business relevant stories that resonate with non technical

stakeholdersDistill ambiguity into

clarity by structuring complex inputs into coherent narratives, frameworks, and

roadmapsEnsure consistency of

messaging across initiatives, programs, and leadership communicationsProgram

& Stakeholder LeadershipProgram manage

strategic initiatives and ad hoc efforts, including

roadmap development, milestone tracking, dependency management, and escalation.Act as a connector and

integrator, bringing partners along through influence, clarity, and well crafted

communication rather than authority.Anticipate risks,

misalignment, or confusion and proactively address through clear storytelling

and structured updates.Quality,

Precision & Execution ExcellenceMaintain exceptional

attention to detail, particularly across dates, milestones, messaging accuracy,

and executive level polish.Ensure materials are

error free, visually aligned, and ready for senior

leadership consumption.Continuously refine

processes, templates, and storytelling approaches to raise the bar on executive

communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience

supporting and working with cross functional teams in a dynamic fast-paced

environment

Ability

to manage, prioritize and complete multiple time-sensitive tasks within

specified timeframes.

Exceptional executive storytelling capability especially through PowerPoint and

written narrative, is a must

Hands-on experience developing board-level and

executive-committee materials, including strategic storylines,

transformation updates, and enterprise decision frameworks

Proven ability to translate complex technical /

architecture strategies into clear, compelling narratives for senior

leadership

Strong

program management discipline, with comfort operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments.

Highly

organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

independently.

Skilled

influencer who can bring others along, build alignment, and drive momentum

across diverse stakeholders.

Exceptional

judgment around tone, clarity, sequencing, and audience expectations

Ability

to adapt to situations to quickly resolve issues and/or gain alignment

Ability

to effectively negotiate and influence to reach desired outcomes

Ability

to prioritize and work independently or with minimal direction

Ability

to act diplomatically and respectfully when communicating with individuals
