What Youll Be Doing

Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure smooth service

Serve as the communication link between families and caregivers

Keep team members informed and supported

Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers

Provide occasional support to nearby Comfort Keepers offices

Requirements Please Read Carefully

Were looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us long-term.

To be considered, you must meet all of the following:

Be 18 years of age or older

Have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle

Live within 1020 miles of the Tunkhannock office

Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Experience in staffing or scheduling is preferred, but were happy to train someone dependable and eager to learn

Required qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the United States

18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

Dress code requirements: Natural hair color

6+ months of experience in the personal care & services industry

At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher

Own a personal vehicle

Valid driver's license

Valid auto liability insurance

Background check

Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review

Drug screening

Management skills: hiring and onboarding

Management skills: supervising employees

Management skills: managing employee conflicts

Management skills: writing schedules

Available to work: weekdays
