Clad Outdoor Designs Full-Time Field-Based / Hybrid

Clad Outdoor Designs is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee residential concrete and hardscape projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage schedules, coordinate crews and materials, communicate with homeowners, and ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential concrete and hardscape projects from start to finish

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries

• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle

• Monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and resolve issues as they arise

• Conduct site visits and keep projects on track

• Maintain accurate documentation and project updates

• Collaborate with sales and operations for smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

• Experience in construction, concrete, hardscapes, landscaping, or related field preferred

• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to travel to job sites as needed
