Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/CNA to provide hands-on care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position is ideal for someone compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to helping others live meaningful, independent lives.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility)

Support individuals with medication reminders and health monitoring

Provide companionship and encourage social and community engagement

Assist with meal prep, feeding, and household duties

Follow individualized service plans

Document care notes accurately and timely

Maintain a safe and supportive living environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

CNA license or DSP experience preferred

Valid driver’s license (if required by program)

Ability to lift/move up to 50LBS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

Nights & Overnight shift

Every other weekend
