I opened my agency in 2013 after being recruited by State Farm, driven by a long-standing goal of owning my
own business. Today, our office includes two team members plus myself, and weve built a relaxed, flexible environment that still takes care of business and delivers strong results. Outside of the office, I stay active by coaching basketball, baseball, and soccer, which reflects the team-first mindset and commitment to development that guide how we work together.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.Qualifications:
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
