Kitchen Internship

The Kitchen Intern assists in the daily operations of the kitchen, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities include assisting in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients, measuring and preparing ingredients for cooking, and ensuring proper storage of food items.

The intern is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by following food safety standards, cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment.

Additionally, the role involves learning proper cooking techniques, kitchen procedures, and plating standards under the supervision of senior kitchen staff, while ensuring efficiency and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
