10 years of overall testing experience with 5+ years as Test Lead

• Strong experience testing GIS applications in Utilities (Electric, Gas, Water) domain

• Prior onsite client-facing experience in the US (mandatory)

• GIS data models, layers, map services, feature services

• Lead test planning, estimation, and release sign-offs for GIS upgrades, migrations (ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro), cloud enablement, and modernization initiatives

• Partner with business users, GIS architects, developers, and vendors to align test scope with business goals

• Test Management: JIRA, Client ALM / Octane, Azure DevOps

• Understanding of API testing (ESRI REST), database validation, Python/ArcPy (good to have)

• Provide regular status reporting, risk assessment, and KPI/SLA tracking to client leadership

• Test strategy & governance - GIS test strategy covering Functional testing, Regression testing, Data validation, Test Automation, Performance
