About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support enterprise-level Agile delivery. This role will work closely with multiple Agile teams focused on IAM access management, application onboarding, self-service tooling, and authentication initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across integrated systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies across 3+ Scrum teams (team size ranging from 6-12 members).
Drive delivery across IAM initiatives including access management, privileged access, and application onboarding.
Manage cross-team dependencies, including upstream and downstream integrations.
Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers impacting delivery.
Partner closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
Support regression testing coordination and ensure quality delivery standards.
Enable collaboration between multiple teams working on interconnected IAM solutions.
Drive maturity of Agile practices and continuously improve team performance and product delivery.
Facilitate change management processes and ensure adherence to enterprise standards using tools like ServiceNow.
Support tools and innovation initiatives including AI agents, evidence collection, and solution design.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise environment.
Strong background in Cybersecurity and IAM (Identity & Access Management).
Hands-on experience with:
Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scaled Agile experience preferred)
Jira for Agile tracking and reporting
Risk & Dependency Management
Executive-level Escalations
Enterprise Agile Delivery
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex integrations.
