Pharmacy Technician – Fulfillment Operations
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Alternating Shifts + Every Other Weekend

The Pharmacy Technician supports daily pharmacy operations by accurately filling and processing medication orders under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role is responsible for medication picking, packaging, labeling, inventory support, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately fill daily medication orders in a timely manner under the supervision of a pharmacist
Pull and pick medications from shelving and prepack storage areas
Package materials and products manually according to established procedures
Apply labels to blister cards and scan products to ensure accuracy
Notify the pharmacist on duty of any medication or product that fails to scan correctly
Assist with processing returned medications, including recycling or disposal per procedure
Prepack, label, and store frequently ordered medications during low-volume periods
Maintain designated workstation areas and replenish necessary supplies
Follow all applicable federal, state, and company regulations, including HIPAA compliance
Comply with departmental policies related to safety, attendance, and dress code
Work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
Perform other duties as assignedWork Schedule
This position follows an alternating weekly schedule:
Week One: Opening shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Week Two: Closing shift, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Weekends: Every other weekend, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMRequired Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work at a moderate speed while maintaining accuracy
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Possess and maintain a clear and active Texas Pharmacy Technician License issued by the Texas State Board of PharmacyPhysical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently throughout the workday
Ability to sit or stand for 7–10 hours per day
May be required to work extended hours as operational needs dictate
Finger dexterity required to operate office and pharmacy equipment
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Visual acuity sufficient to read fine print, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
Ability to hear and understand normal spoken conversation

This is a Contract position based out of Katy, TX.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
