Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000 annually (commensurate with education and/or experience).

About this Job:
We are seeking a full-time Cloud Administrator professional to join our team! The role of the Cloud Administrator is to support the information systems for Florida Healthy Kids Corporation / Florida KidCare to ensure security, reliability, cost efficiency, and productivity to end-users and partners. The successful candidate is a life-long learner who demonstrates humility, is determined to get things done, will contribute to the success of the Corporation, and knows how to have a positive outcome on others. This position is required to work in the office.
Essential Job Functions:
· Serve as the liaison for cloud provided services.
· Perform cloud administration including website and database management on assets in Azure, AWS, etc.
· Perform routine IT systems administration tasks, including server and workstation configuration and support, remote client support, etc.
· Perform configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment.
· Add users to on-premises and cloud resources and assign security permissions.
· Diagnose and resolve problems when alerted by a user or an automated monitoring system.
· Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies affecting advancements in information technologies and business intelligence to ensure organizational adaptation and compliance. Identify trends and data sources to maintain organizational situational awareness.
· Proactively identifies business needs and collaborates with business units to define and satisfy technical requirements and opportunities.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel:
· Occasional same day travel for work or corporate events.
· Occasional out-of-town travel with overnight stay for work or corporate events.
· Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, or related field; or 4 years of related work experience in a professional office environment can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree; AND
· 2 plus years of related progressive experience in information technology, information security or information analytics.
· Demonstrated analytical, documentation, and procedural development capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in IT (such as A+, MCSA, CISA, SSCP).
· Experience with performing security risk assessments against the organization to include network security checks, and user level access audits per regulatory requirements.
· Experience in a not-for-profit, government or government regulated organization.

· Ability to identify and strategize emerging technology and operational opportunities, challenges, and risks.
· Ability to perform security risk assessments against the Organization to include Network Audits, Penetration tests, and User level access audits per regulatory requirements.
· Maintain vendor relationships and manage projects with vendors to ensure the Scope of Work is performed to the contractual requirements.
· Work with ISP related service providers to ensure Organization has SLA requirements met.
