POSITION TITLE: Quality Inspector (Data Center)
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

ADB is seeking a Quality Inspector to conduct quality inspections on data center projects to ensure that all materials, installations, and systems within data center projects meet established quality standards and technical specifications. This role performs inspections, documents findings, and collaborates with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, helping maintain operational excellence, compliance, and safety across all phases of data center construction and maintenance. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct on-site inspections of data center installations, Hyper-scale splicing, equipment, and materials to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming work and report findings to project managers or quality leads
Document inspection results, maintain logs, and provide detailed reports for management and client review
Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and verify their effectiveness
Support quality assurance programs by providing feedback on processes, procedures, and potential improvements
Perform pre-commissioning and final acceptance inspections to ensure all systems meet operational requirements
Monitor adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance during inspections
Work with vendors and subcontractors to address quality concerns and reinforce standards
Uphold ADB's safety culture, leads by example and drives the philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
Perform additional responsibilities as needed

Basic understanding of safety and compliance regulations
Experience with inspection documentation, quality logs, and reporting tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple inspections across projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.)
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, including climbing, sitting, standing, walking, and driving
Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer and fall weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and safety boots
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
3+ years of construction experience with strong technical knowledge of QAQC programs within the Telecommunications, Utility Construction and/or Technology Infrastructure industry required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Drivers license with the ability to travel nationwide is required
