Our client, a leader in the healthcare and diagnostics industry, is seeking a CAPA Process Analyst to join their team. As a CAPA Process Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Conduct investigations of nonconformances and quality events within the QMS platform, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investigations and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Ensure that all CAPA documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Lead investigations of complex quality issues, performing root cause analysis to identify and mitigate causes effectively.

Maintain CAPA system records to ensure audit readiness for internal and external quality audits.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.

Experience with Corrective and Preventive Action processes in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or laboratories.

Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Experience working with Quality Management System (QMS) platforms, preferably EQMS.

Knowledge of CAP regulations, NLCP regulations, or similar standards (e.g., FDA) is preferred.
