Maintenance Lead

HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Lead in the Manufacturing industry in Columbus, OH!

Pay: $36.90/hr + $0.50/hr shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM (Sun-Thurs + mandatory OT)

Location: Columbus, OH

About the Role

This role leads maintenance efforts on 3rd shift while supporting hands-on troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across plant operations.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and direct technicians on shift and oversee maintenance activity

Perform troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Support PLC and robot programming/troubleshooting

Execute and improve preventative and reactive maintenance programs

Manage CMMS documentation and maintenance tracking

Coordinate equipment installs, repairs, and improvement projects

Communicate issues across shifts and support maintenance planning

Support inventory, tooling, and shop organization

Ensure safety compliance and proper procedures are followed

Qualifications

Associate degree or 2-5 years of maintenance experience

Experience leading or directing maintenance teams

Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems

Experience with PLCs, robotics, and CMMS systems

Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure

Strong communication and leadership skills
