The Division of Cannabis Control oversees the state of Ohio's Medical Marijuana Control Program Patient & Caregiver Registry and the non-medical cannabis program.
This includes licensing and regulating marijuana cultivators, processors, dispensaries, and testing laboratories that serve both the medical and non-medical programs.
What You'll Do: The Division is seeking candidates to fill a Program Administrator 3 position to review and audit ownership and financial data.
The Ownership & Financial Data Administrator will be an integral part of the Cannabis Control team and duties will include: * Reviewing change of ownership and similar requests.
* Auditing ownership and financial records of licensed cannabis entities.
* Establishing processes for documenting and tracking ownership and control of licensed cannabis entities.
* Investigating complaints related to ownership and financial matters and document findings.
* Making policy recommendations to Division leadership and crafting technical guidance for license holders.
