Assistant Machine Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Assistant Machine Operator to play a crucial role on our manufacturing line and ensure finished products meet AmeriLux's high standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.

• Participate in training and support team development.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

12-hour shifts

Monday - Thursday 1700-0500 (5PM - 5AM)

Friday - Sunday 0500 - 1700 (5AM - 5PM) OR 1700-0500 (5PM - 5AM)

Requirements

Ability to stand for 11 hours consistently

Ability to carry, lift, or pull 50 lbs consistently
