Description We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio.
In this long-term contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: - Welcome guests and visitors with courtesy and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing files and maintaining accurate records.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail while ensuring timely delivery to respective recipients.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings or appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to present a welcoming atmosphere.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to complete various tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Offer concierge services to guests, providing helpful information and support as needed.
Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination.
- Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize files and manage tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities.
- Previous experience in concierge services or guest relations is a plus.
