Class A CDL Driver – Regional Texas Route (DFW to West Texas)

Position Overview:

Shannon Ranch LLC is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL driver to support our expanding transportation operation. This position operates primarily within Texas, running consistent lanes between the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and west Texas.

This role offers steady freight, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to be part of a growing agricultural and transportation business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Transport general freight from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to various destinations in West Texas

• Pick up hay loads in Presidio, TX and deliver to Perrin, TX

• Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported safely

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment

• Maintain accurate logs and comply with all DOT regulations

• Communicate effectively regarding load status, delays, or issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

• Clean driving record and commitment to safety

• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check

• Strong time management and reliability

• Willingness to run regional routes across Texas

Preferred Experience:

• Flatbed experience

• Experience hauling hay or agricultural commodities

• Familiarity with West Texas and border-region routes
