Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to support production of film-based products. This is a hands-on role responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $18/hr

Shift: 1st

What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate production machinery to meet order specifications

Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor issues

Perform quality checks to ensure product meets customer standards (cuts, folds, alignment, performance)

Load raw materials and package finished rolls

Record production data accurately

Communicate machine or quality concerns to supervisors

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all PPE and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

Basic math skills and ability to read production orders

Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed

Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment

Strong attention to detail and safety

Physical Requirements:

Lift 30 lbs regularly

Exert up to 70lbs occasionally

Frequent standing, lifting, and palletizing

Must Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
