Engineering Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Ensure all equipment is launched and maintained to optimal operational and safety standards

Ensure all Team Members follow all Safety procedures and protocols

Ensure all Team Members complete all Safety-related Corrective Actions on Time

Responsible for achieving equipment uptime targets to support production requirements

Plan, supervise, and manage all new projects, ensuring on-time completion and within the planned budget

Define Plant Capital needs and budget

Ensure all the maintenance and project-related documents are as per defined standards

Define and achieve departmental KPI’s and support all Plant KPIs

Manage external vendors while ensuring costs are controlled

Responsible for Performance Management for all Team Members

Other duties as assigned

What you will bring

Bachelors degree in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred

5-7 years of job-related experience in mechanical or industrial engineering and project management related to equipment installation and modification

Fundamental understanding of building and manufacturing/production equipment

Understanding of EHS, Quality, and Lean manufacturing management systems
