MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site

Payrate: $20/hr

Required Availability: Full-Time Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will perform routine production functions in a regulated manufacturing facility. This role focuses on essential tasks such as filling, packing, assembling, and inspecting products while ensuring all quality and safety protocols are followed.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute routine production duties, including filling, utility operations, packaging, labeling, and assembly.

Maintain precise records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.

Operate under direct supervision and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Work collaboratively within a team setting to meet production targets and objectives.

Perform basic math calculations and interpret written specifications in English.

Develop skills in specific task areas and apply basic knowledge to complete prescribed steps.

MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)

Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as required.
