Job Description

Pivot Staffing -is hiring Production Workers for our client—an Akron-based manufacturing powerhouse specializing in ceramic and plastic components. Founded in 1890, this company has built a reputation as a worldwide leader by consistently delivering total value and best-in-class products to its customers.

Please note: All production positions are 30days temp-to-hire.

Candidate Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Must possess a valid driver’s license

* Hourly Pay: $15.47-- Plus: No Cap Production Incentive! Earn more based on your output with no ceiling on your production bonus. The harder you work, the more you earn.

Positions Available

Plastic Machine Operator

Operate hydraulic or injection press according to instructions

Inspect parts for visible defects or flaws

Use hand tools (e.g., files, finishing equipment) to descale and finish parts

Assemble and pack products to meet company and customer standards

Ceramic Press Operator

Operate a Dennison Hydraulic Press

Perform minor setup and mechanical repairs to press and die

Press parts and troubleshoot production issues as needed

Shift Availability & Schedule

All shifts available! Each shift is 8 hours long and includes:

Two 10-minute paid breaks

One 30-minute unpaid lunch
