What Youll Do
As our Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive parts on time, every time. Youll collaborate closely with our Setup and Production teams and own the flow of work across 15 advanced 4 and 5axis CNC milling machines with automation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining the production schedule to meet customer delivery requirements, adjusting in real time as priorities shift.
Supporting Setup and Production teams by coordinating timelines for jobs, tooling, work holdings, and sequence planning to keep machines running efficiently.
Generating accurate lead times for customer quotes, using your knowledge of machine processes and constraints.
Evaluating, updating, and improving scheduling strategies to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
Monitoring job progress, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
Ensuring ontime delivery performance by keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed.
Leveraging ERP and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to analyze data, manage capacity, and track performance.
What You Bring

Skills needed:
Strong experience with dynamic production scheduling, preferably in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
Deep understanding of CNC machining, including tools, work holdings, setup processes, and general manufacturing methods.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities while keeping chaos at bay.
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP/MRP systemsyou know your way around data.
A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills including the ability to hold others accountable.
Experience scheduling for multi-axis machining centers, automated pallet systems, or similar advanced machining environments is a bonus.
