About Us:

We are currently open to hiring REMOTE team members, provided the candidate has prior experience working with a State Farm Agent and is proficient with the corresponding systems NECHO, ECRM, SFPP.

Responsibilities:

Build new client relationships and provide exceptional support to existing clients

Educate customers on insurance products and help determine the best coverage for their needs

Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and warm lead follow-up

Cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions to maximize customer protection

Help customers protect their families, property, and financial well-being

Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changesQualifications:

Active Property & Casualty License

REMOTE applicants must have prior experience with a State Farm Agent and be proficient in the corresponding systems: NECHO, ECRM, SFPP

Must be willing to obtain Life and Health license

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a remote environment

Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goalsPreferred Qualifications:

Experience working remotely

Self-starter exhibiting ownership and execution mentalityBenefits:

Base pay plus commission/bonuses

Base pay starting range: $38,000 - $71,236, determined during interview and dependent on experience
