Embark on a rewarding role as an Imaging Cath Lab Technician in Montezuma, KS, working within a collaborative cardiovascular unit. This contract position offers the chance to utilize your specialized skills in a focused cath lab environment, supporting complex cardiovascular cases with an average of 2-3 procedures daily.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub and monitor cardiovascular cases efficiently and safely
Utilize GE imaging and hemodynamic systems with proficiency
Collaborate with cardiologists and cross-campus Cath Lab techs during procedures
Participate in unit-specific orientations across Cath Lab, Pre/Post, and OR settings
Qualifications & Experience:
Active KS Licensure with required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R)
Proven previous Cath Lab technician experience in a cardiovascular setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and cardiovascular imaging equipment
Must be ready to respond to on-call duties within 30 minutes, covering 24/7 call rotations including weekends and holidays
Schedule and On-Call Details:
Standard shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Rotated weekend, weeknight, and holiday on-call responsibilities
Call response time: 30 minutes
Floating not required beyond Cath Lab, Pre/Post, and OR for cath cases
