Job Description

Wheel Image is a high-energy, custom manufacturing shop looking for an eager Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our production team. We specialize in custom orders, meaning every day brings a new challenge and a new part to master.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment OR a recent Graduate of a Technical/Trade School program.

Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and basic shop math skills.

Maturity: A "safety-first" mindset and a strong work ethic.

Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

What You’ll Do

Set Up & Operate: Prepare machines for unique custom runs based on daily production goals.

Quality Control: Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure every custom part meets our precision standards.

Troubleshoot: Work alongside senior operators to adjust offsets and maintain machine efficiency.
