We are partnering with a client in downtown Columbus to find a reliable and professional Receptionist to support daily front-office operations on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment, enjoys being the first point of contact, and takes pride in providing excellent service while managing multiple administrative tasks.
This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism and reliability
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
Proficient with basic office technology and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday during normal business hours
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
