In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a smooth and enjoyable travel experience by providing timely assistance, helpful information, and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Review travel itineraries and confirm trip details with accuracy
Provide relevant information about destinations, travel requirements, and guidelines
Proactively follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure readiness
Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable using online tools and digital platforms
Customer service experience is preferred
